Working Process

High Compression • Save Space • Reduce Costs

1. LOAD MATERIAL

   Put waste materials (oil drums, waste paper, plastic, etc.) into the feeding opening manually or via conveyor.

2. START COMPRESSION

   The hydraulic system starts, the cylinder pushes the platen forward to compress the material step by step.

3. MULTIPLE COMPRESSION

   Multiple times compression, material is tightly pressed into a dense bale of standard size.

4. TIE THE BALE

   Thread steel wire or plastic strap through the reserved holes to bind the bale tightly.

5. OPEN THE DISCHARGE DOOR

   Open the discharge door after compression and strapping are completed.

6. EJECT THE BALE

   The pusher plate pushes out the finished bale.

7. FINISHED BALE

   Compact finished bales, easy to store and transport.
