▕ Product Overview

This vertical hydraulic baler is a manual small compression equipment independently developed by our factory, widely used for baling crop straw, hay, waste carton, plastic film, woven bags, used clothes and other light soft materials.

Equipped with integrated hydraulic system and double hydraulic cylinders, it features stable compression, simple operation, small floor space and low failure rate. The machine supports customizable bale size, and optional automatic pusher cylinder for easy material output, greatly saving labor and transportation cost. It is the ideal recycling equipment for farms, waste recycling stations, textile factories and packaging factories.

▕ Working Principle & Operation Flow

Load Material: Open the feeding door, put straw, carton or waste plastics into the compression chamber evenly.
Close Door: Lock the safety door tightly to avoid material splashing during compression.
Start Compression: Turn on the hydraulic power, the pressing plate moves down to squeeze materials tightly.
Multiple Compression: Repeat feeding and compression to reach standard bale weight.
Bind Bale: Stop the machine, bind the compressed bale with plastic strap or steel wire.
Open Door & Eject Bale: Open the side door; the optional pusher cylinder pushes finished bale out automatically.
Finished Bale: Compact square bales are convenient for stacking, storage and sea transportation.
