Product Overview
The YWK2‑220 hydraulic coconut coir briquette machine is our mature heavy‑duty hydraulic‑driven biomass compression‑processing equipment developed for the coconut‑processing industry.A great many coconut processors face troubles of large occupied‑space and high transportation costs of loose coconut coir, coco‑peat and palm‑fiber. Our briquette press solves these problems effectively. With total pressing force up to 1000KN and total installed power of 45KW, this machine compresses fluffy raw‑materials into compact 300×300‑mm solid blocks. Each finished briquette weighs from 5‑7 kg, and the stable production output reaches 200 blocks per hour under continuous‑cycle working.It should be noted that this model is designed exclusively for fiber‑rich agricultural raw‑materials including coconut coir, coco‑peat, palm fiber and rice husk. It is NOT applicable for waste paper, cardboard or plastic materials, because high rebound of paper products will lead to loose‑formed bales.The whole frame is fabricated with thick‑wall steel plates through full‑penetration welding. The overall dimension is 5930×2400×1752mm. Compact overall layout saves your workshop floor area greatly and brings convenience for foundation installation. Long‑time continuous running will not cause frame deformation even under high‑pressure working conditions.
Core Advantages
-
Stable High‑Pressure Hydraulic SystemWe adopt well‑known brand hydraulic pumps, oil cylinders and control valves. The hydraulic system outputs steady extrusion force so that finished coir blocks stay tight without easy loosening after long‑term storage. The hydraulic pipeline is reasonably arranged with anti‑leakage design to reduce oil‑leak failure.
-
Intelligent PLC Control SystemEquipped with an English‑language PLC touch‑screen control cabinet. Operators can switch between automatic‑mode and manual‑mode freely. Users can set feeding time and pressing duration on the screen according to material‑dryness. It greatly cuts down manual‑operation difficulty and saves labor‑cost. Emergency‑stop buttons are set on the machine for safety protection during operation.
-
Heavy‑Duty Wear‑Resistant StructureThe forming‑chamber liner is made of high‑hardness alloy steel, which resists friction from coarse coconut fiber and extends service‑life. The feeding hopper is thickened to prevent abrasion from repeated material‑falling. All wearing parts are standardized for easy replacement.
-
Flexible Customized Design ServiceWe can adjust block weight, block size and feeding height according to your actual requirements. If your raw‑material has higher moisture content, we can optimize the hydraulic‑pressing time for better forming effect. We also provide matched conveyor for automatic feeding if you need a full‑automatic production line.
-
Easy‑Installation and Low‑Maintenance DesignThe whole machine is assembled before delivery. After arriving at your factory, you only need to finish ground fixing and oil‑pipe connection. Our technical team will send installation videos and operation guidance online. Daily maintenance only includes hydraulic‑oil replacement and bolt‑checking, without complicated work.

Working Process
Loose coconut coir is transported into the feeding hopper manually or by matching chain‑plate conveyor;
Materials enter into forming‑chamber after preliminary flattening inside the hopper;
Hydraulic cylinder pushes forward and compresses the fluffy fiber under 1000‑KN high pressure;
After pressing‑time is finished, the pushing‑rod retracts automatically; finished coir blocks are pushed out from the outlet;
The compact briquettes can be stacked directly or packed with plastic film for long‑distance export.
Application Scope
Our coconut‑coir briquette machine gains high‑recognition among global customers and mainly serves these fields:
Coconut fiber deep‑processing plants in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam;
Palm‑fiber processing factories for palm‑kernel residue compression;
Rice‑husk treatment projects for agricultural waste resource‑recycling;
Biomass raw‑material processing factories to lower storage and freight cost.
After being pressed into blocks, the coconut‑coir products become popular growing medium for greenhouse planting, garden landscaping and flower cultivation, which brings good economic benefits for our customers.
