The whole machine adopts heavy industrial thickened steel plate welding structure: rotary cylinder wall thickness reaches 4mm, bottom bearing plate thickness up to 6mm, total equipment structural weight is 4010KG, solid and shock-resistant, completely resist strong vibration and impact force generated during high-intensity crushing. It is fitted with 48 pieces of high-hardness wear-resistant alloy hammer blades, 经过 quenching and tempering heat treatment, anti-abrasion and impact resistance far exceed ordinary standard blades, reducing replacement frequency and later maintenance cost effectively.
