For fresh corn stalk, the fiber kneading rate can reach ≥90%, turning hard rigid straw into soft filamentous forage. Soft kneaded feed greatly improves palatability for cattle, sheep and ruminants, boosts feed intake and digestion rate, reduces feed waste effectively. The finished material length is stepless adjustable from 10mm to 120mm, you can switch fine crushing for young livestock and rough long fiber for adult cattle freely.
2. Large Capacity Stable Output, Suitable for Medium & Large Scale Farm Batch Processing
Equipped with 15KW main spindle motor + 2.2KW feeding auxiliary motor, matched with 1900RPM high-speed rotor spindle, the machine delivers steady 8 tons per hour processing capacity when raw straw moisture is between 55%-65%. Only 4-5 operators are needed for full-line feeding, processing and collection, balancing high productivity and labor cost control perfectly. It works continuously for long shifts without power drop or blockage, perfectly matching commercial feed farms and large breeding bases daily production demands.
3. Wear-Resistant Manganese Steel Blade Group & Robust Body Structure for Long Service Life
Comes with total 48 pieces high manganese steel integrated blades, undergone quenching hardening treatment, anti-shock, anti-abrasion and anti-breakage under high-speed impact. The whole machine weighs 600kg with solid welded steel frame, shock-resistant and anti-vibration during heavy-load operation, not easy to deform after years of outdoor continuous work. Thickened feeding chute avoids material splash, sealed transmission structure reduces dust leakage, creating clean and safe working environment.
4. Long-Distance Blowing Discharge & Mobile Design, Flexible Site Layout
Support 6-meter horizontal throwing discharge, finished forage can be directly sent to stacking area, silage pool or transport trolley, eliminating manual secondary carrying and saving labor cost greatly. Universal moving wheels are installed at the bottom, allowing free shifting between farmland, feeding house and processing workshop, no fixed foundation installation required. 380V standard industrial voltage fits farm power supply standard, stable operation with low failure rate.

Built-in overload protection and anti-jam safety device to prevent motor burnout and accidental injury during blockage.
