Two main side‑mounted cylinders: model 325/260/150, undertake main extrusion work;
One bottom push‑out cylinder: model 273/220/125, pushes finished metal blocks out from the chamber;
One top cover cylinder: model 168/140/95, compresses materials from upper position for higher density;
One tipping‑up cylinder: model 146/125/50, fitted with wear‑resistant lining plate and locking structure. The lining plate can effectively reduce abrasion caused by hard metal scraps and extend cylinder service life.
Main driving unit: one set of 30‑KW 4‑pole electric motor with stable output and low noise;
Hydraulic pump: 180‑model high‑pressure oil pump matched with the whole hydraulic system;
Control unit: manual hydraulic valve group. Workers can finish feeding, compressing and material‑ejection by operating valve switches simply;
Oil‑tank: 600‑liter large‑capacity oil‑tank. It has good heat‑dissipation performance and effectively prevents hydraulic‑oil over‑heating during non‑stop running.
The internal pipeline layout is reasonably arranged to reduce pressure loss of hydraulic oil and improve overall working efficiency.
